• Northwest Greenway – new section connector toward Middlebrook Pike
• Pleasant Ridge Greenway – new section from I-640 to Wilson Road
• Pleasant Ridge Greenway – new section from Wilson Road to Western Avenue

• Cumberland Estates Community Center – renovations

Paving Road Paving - $20 M

Adding approximately 75 additional miles of roads paved throughout the City over the next five years. (Approx. 15 miles annually)
Speed HumpsNeighborhood Traffic Calming
and Safety Projects - $12.5 M

Investment in Neighborhood Traffic Calming & Safety Projects over the next 5 years.
HousingHousing - $50 M

Investment resulting in an estimated additional 1,000 Affordable Housing units over the next 5 years in addition to the already committed $5 M annually.

• Commercial corridor redevelopment – estimated 500 units
• Affordable housing gap financing including NOAH – estimated 325 units
• Permanent Supportive Housing (chronically homeless potential target audiences: veterans or youth) – estimated 100 units
• Senior Housing – estimated 75 units
• Continued support for the Office of Housing Stability strategic plan implementation
