The Neighborhood Resource Fair helps Knoxville neighbors get the opportunity to learn about all of the resources they have within city government, county government, and non-profit organizations. It is a half day filled with networking, time to see friends, time to enjoy some great conversations, and collaborations with others.
Office of Neighborhood Empowerment will be hosting the Neighborhood Resource Fair on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the World's Fair Exhibition Hall, 935 Worlds Fair Park Dr.
More than 90 governmental agencies and departments, nonprofit organizations, and community groups were on site, ready to inform neighbors about their programs and answer questions about their services.
“Imagine a kind of tradeshow for residents who want to explore the many ways they can work with local government and community partners to improve their neighborhoods and their quality of life,” says Neighborhoods Coordinator Debbie Sharp. “We are excited to host this event again and see what kinds of projects and partnerships result from the conversations that take place.”
