- Submit plat to Planning
- City engineering review
- Revisions (if required)
- City approval
- Record plat
FEES
- Standard plat: $200 + $10 per lot
- Exempt / corrected plat: $100
- 4th review & beyond: Full fee each time
- Declaration documents: $150 + recording fees
