Many East Knoxville citizens actively participate and collaborate with neighbors, partners, and city staff to provide a fresh perspective on community concerns. As the momentum of our growing city continues, the opportunity to combine efforts and like minds to build a group of advocates for the future of Chilhowee Park has resulted in the formation of the Chilhowee Park Advisory Group (CPAG).
