KUB contractor crews will close a section of Sutherland Avenue to through traffic between Forest Park Boulevard and Forest Heights Road continuously (except for the weekend of July 8-9, 2023, when the road will reopen to normal traffic flow) starting Wednesday, July 5, through Monday, July 10, 2023, as work is performed on the wastewater collection system pipes and manholes. This work will not affect the Bearden Greenway along Sutherland Avenue. Follow detour signs for alternate routes. Access to driveways will be maintained.

Some listed closures may extend beyond the scheduled times depending on the conditions encountered during excavation and construction.

Appropriate traffic control measures, including flaggers, channeling devices, and barricades, will be in place at each location to assist motorists traveling in these areas.

Due to the ongoing presence of workers and equipment, motorists are advised to use caution and expect temporary delays in these areas.
