March 21, 2014 - Utility work will close a lane of South Northshore Drive starting Saturday, while bridge and ramp repairs will close the I-640 West ramp to Clinton Highway starting Monday night.

Saturday, March 22 from 4 a.m.-5 p.m.
KUB and its contractor will reduce a short section of South Northshore Drive to one alternating lane of traffic between Lyons Bend Road and Duncan Road as work is completed on the natural gas distribution system.

Monday, March 24, through Wednesday, March 26 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Work on the natural gas distribution system will continue, with KUB reducing a section of South Northshore Drive to one alternating lane of traffic between Lyons Bend Road and Duncan Road. All lanes will remain open for the morning and evening commutes.
I-640 West ramp to Clinton Highway
Beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, March 24
Crews will begin ramp and bridge repairs, and this I-640 West ramp will remain closed around the clock until repairs are complete, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Motorists traveling I-640 West wishing to access Clinton Highway during this time should follow I-75 North to Merchants Drive (Exit 108) or Callahan Drive (Exit 110).
