Cold tempsWith temperatures dropping to 25°F Nov. 10, 2025, Eternal Life Harvest Center is able to open their doors as a warming center before the planned start date of Dec 1.

Multiple local homeless-serving nonprofits such as Knox Area Rescue Ministries have also instituted “white flag” or “red flag” measures, temporarily increasing their capacity to keep people warm and indoors.

A growing list of churches who plan to open as warming centers in December can be found here.
