	Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Suttree Landing Park / Waterfront Drive Pedestrian Bridge
	PRIVATE INVESTMENT
	303 Flats 303 Flats is located along Blount Avenue in the SW6 form based code district. The apartment complex will include 136 residential units providing living accommodations for 438 students. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness/yoga rooms, group study centers, an enclosed parking garage, a leasing center, a central courtyard with an outdoor pool, and connectivity to the planned riverwalk. 303 Flats opened in the Fall of 2018.
	River's Edge River's Edge is a 134-unit, Class A luxury style apartment complex located along Island Home Avenue in the SW2 form based code district. Part of the development includes new streetscape improvements and 800 linear feet of public riverwalk along the Tennessee River.
	One Riverwalk Apartments The One Riverwalk Apartments is located along Blount Avenue in the SW6 form based code district. The development will have approximately, 1,100 ft. of river walk spanning along the upper bluff of the site between the Gay and Henley Bridges. The riverwalk will average about 20-30 feet in width and consist of a running path, site furnishings (with benches, trash receptacles, bike racks and lighting) and a multi-use path for bikes and pedestrians. Additional features include approximately 37,500 square feet of public event space (adjacent to the Henley Bridge) with amphitheater seating. Modifications included more public space between the two apartment complexes. The center public plaza will consists of upper (Blount Avenue level) and lower (riverwalk level) plazas with access to the lower level via elevator or stairs. A small pocket park is another feature located on the east end of the greenway. Landscaping will consist of native plantings (trees, shrubs and groundcover) throughout the public plaza and greenway area. One Riverwalk Apartments is tentatively scheduled to open its first units in late 2018.
