If you have concerns that any City employee is connected to mismanagement that may have resulted in waste, fraud, or abuse of City funds or resources, please file a report through the MyKnoxville App, or select Waste Fraud Abuse Complaint in the the form below, or call 311.
This form is ONLY for reports pertaining to City of Knoxville employees and resources.
Please keep in mind, you can choose not to file a report with the City of Knoxville, but instead go directly to the State Comptroller’s office here.
