Directions: Heading south on Gay Street bridge, veer left through traffic light onto Sevier Avenue. Turn left onto Island Home Avenue. Continue straight into Island Home neighborhood (you’ll see pillars) onto Maplewood. Continue straight onto Spence Place. Veer left through four-way stop. Turn left onto Estelle Circle.

Island Home Park

Island Home Park, in the Island Home neighborhood, hosts a scenic waterfront recreational play area. In addition to a ballfield, tennis court, playground and picnic facilities, a paved loop trail that runs through the park connects with the Will Skelton Greenway and winds along the Tennessee River, through the woods, and over to Ijams Nature Center.
