We are always looking for ways to streamline our daily activities, operate more efficiently, and to give you more control. That’s why our current PeopleSoft system is being replaced by Oracle Cloud. With Oracle Cloud you can track your benefits, check on your payroll, request your own time off, even change your direct deposit information—all from one login.
I know this will be a change for everyone, but standardizing this process is truly an investment in a better employee experience. Informational and training resources can be found on the City’s intranet–Inside Knoxville.
 While our payroll clerks are going through extensive training on the system, we understand this is new for every employee—and we want to ease the transition. As a result, we have set up "Oracle Cloud On the Road” training sessions, where you can ask questions and get real one-on-one guidance as you learn to navigate this new system. Using the Intranet for Employee Self-Service
 The new Oracle Cloud Employee Self-Service application is found on the City's InsideKnoxville Intranet. Just look for the blue cloud button that you see here.
Use this new application for all things that you used to do with PeopleSoft:
