The City of Knoxville released its Draft PY2024 Annual Action Plan on March 28, 2024. You can download a copy of the draft plan here.

You are encouraged to give feedback in writing by emailing Linda Rust, Community Development Administrator, at [email protected]. Comments received by April 26, 2024, will be included in the final Annual Action Plan submitted to HUD.

The City of Knoxville Housing and Neighborhood Development Department is hosting a public hearing on the Draft PY2024 Annual Action Plan to be held on April 23, 2024, at 5:30 PM, at the City’s Public Works Service Center at 3131 Morris Avenue, 37909.

In order to make public meetings more accessible to those who may not be able to attend in-person, we also plan to offer the opportunity to attend the meeting online via Zoom - see the link below. If you are unable to attend the meeting, your feedback is still appreciated. 

All Knoxville residents are invited to ask questions or comment on the draft plan. Questions or comments may be submitted in writing to Linda Rust, Community Development Administrator, by email ([email protected]) or by mail to P.O. Box 1631, Knoxville, TN  37901. Comments are accepted through April 26, 2024.
