Traffic Patterns BEFORE UT Football Game:
• Phillip Fulmer Way - Closes at 5:00am every game between Middle Drive and Lake Loudon.
Access to G10 and G10(T) will be allowed off Neyland Drive.
• Peyton Manning Pass - Closes at 5:00am every game between Volunteer Blvd. and Phillip Fulmer.
Access to Lot 9 will be Cumberland to Phillip Fulmer.
Traffic Patterns AFTER UT Football Game:
• Phillip Fulmer Way -
One way north from Middle Drive to Cumberland Ave for buses only. Southbound Phillip Fulmer closed at Cumberland Ave.
• Peyton Manning Pass - One way west from Lot 9 to Volunteer Blvd.
• Lake Loudon Blvd. - One way south from Volunteer Blvd. to Neyland Dr.
• Neyland Drive - One way east from Lake Loudon to I-40 / One way west from Lake Loudon to Kingston Pike.
1. Southbound Lake Loudon lanes turn west onto Neyland
2. Northbound Lake Loudon lanes turn east onto Neyland
3. Westbound Neyland closed at Walnut
4. Eastbound Neyland closed at Kingston Pike
5. Hall of Fame ramp to westbound Neyland
• Volunteer Boulevard West - Closed between Joe Johnson and Cumberland Ave
• Alcoa Hwy - North and Sound bound ramps to Neyland closed by TDOT (at halftime)
• Locust St. - Closed at Hill Ave southbound to Neyland Drive
• Cumberland Ave. - Westbound Cumberland Ave. closed at Henley St. Only Mass Transportation (Taxi’s and Buses) will be allowed west on Cumberland Ave.
• Henley St. - From Southbound, no left turn onto Church Ave.
• 11th St. - Closed south bound at Western Ave. No south bound traffic between Western and Cumberland Ave. All traffic from side streets and 11th St. garage forced north on 11th St.
• 17th St - Closed south bound at Clinch Ave. All traffic detoured to west bound Clinch. All traffic forced west on Clinch Ave. to 22nd St.
