Plat & Declaration Document Review (Technical Services)
City Plats and Declaration Documents must be approved by Technical Services staff prior to recording.
Subdivision Plat Review
- Reviewed by Technical Services & Knoxville-Knox County Planning
- Additional Information in Section 4 of Land Development Manual
- All Plats (Administrative & Meeting) - $200 + $10 per lot fee
- Exempt Subdivision Plat and Corrected Plat - $100 fee
- 4th review submittal and each subsequent submittal - Full Standard Fee ($200 + $10 per lot) for each submittal

Plats are reviewed in accordance with Tennessee Standards of Practice for Land Surveyors, Knoxville-Knox County Subdivision Regulations, Stormwater & Street Ordinance, and City Engineering Policies
