Vehicles impounded by the City of Knoxville Police Department or Codes Enforcement will be sold at public auction in compliance with the Tenn. Code Ann. 55-16-106.
The sale will be held at the Vehicle Impound Lot on Vice Mayor Jack Sharp Road (formerly BMX Blvd) beginning at 10:00 A.M on Mar. 9, 2020.
In the event of inclement weather, the sale will be rescheduled for the FOLLOWING DAY.
Vehicles will be available for inspection 8:00 A.M. on day of sale.
Withdrawals may be required. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. No out of state checks will be accepted.
