City of Knoxville officials will hold a press conference at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at the Bijou Theatre to announce the festivities for this year's "Christmas in the City" celebration.
The event will feature a live performance of "A Knoxville Christmas Carol" by Theatre Knoxville Downtown.
Refreshments will be served and media kits for the 2012 "Christmas in the City" events calendar will be provided.
