Take the James White Parkway exit off of I-40;then take the Summit Hill exit; turn left onto Summit Hill; at the second red light the road turns into Dandridge; make first right first going through the red light onto Hazen Street; park will be on the right side of the road.

Just minutes from downtown, Morningside Park features an 18-hole disc golf course, gently rolling terrain, large shade trees, and plenty of open space and play areas. Morningside Greenway bisects the park connecting to neighborhoods along the way. Spaced along the greenway, various fitness stations offer the opportunity to enhance your workout. Each stop features a different activity for toning and conditioning with instructional signs for each piece of equipment. On your way into the park, visit the Alex Haley Heritage Square located at the northwest end of the park.

The park shelter is available first come first serve unless there is a special event being hosted at the park.

Morningside Park has an outstanding 18-hole disc golf course throughout the park completely redesigned in 2012 to tournament standards. Learn more about this course and Knoxville's offerings for disc golf at Knoxville Disc Golf Association's website at
