5-Year Consolidated Plan & Annual Action Plan
HUD requires the City to complete a 5-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan updates describing how it intends to use HUD funding. The most recent plans can be found at KnoxvilleTN.gov/Development under the "Reports and Plans" tab. The planning process for the 2023-2024 Action Plan will begin in January 2023.
