The Housing and Neighborhood Development Department has released and accepted comments on the Draft PY 2024 Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plan governs funding for affordable housing and non-housing community development activities starting July 1, 2024.

Steer the redevelopment of vacant,
blighted, or challenging properties
into productive use

Grant Opportunities
Administer and strategically leverage federal, state, and local grants to support the City's goals related to housing and healthy neighborhoods

Disability Services information
Supporting accessibility across city facilities, parks, neighborhoods, and disability-related programs and policies
