The Housing and Neighborhood Development department focuses on the following areas:
Initiatives to improve housing opportunities
for lower-income homeowners, tenants,
and home buyers
Addressing homelessness in concert with numerous external community partners
Steer the redevelopment of vacant,
blighted, or challenging properties
into productive use
