City Employees

Annual enrollment is the one time of year when you can add, drop or change your benefits, unless you experience a qualifying event throughout the year.  See below for more information about your benefits in 2022.

Annual Enrollment will be open during the month of November. The last day to make changes will be November 30, 2021.

If have questions or need help enrolling in PeopleSoft, please call 865-215-2111 to schedule a one-on-one call. If you’ve forgotten your PeopleSoft password, call the Help Desk at 865-215-3030.
