Turkey Creek Greenway is located between Campbell Station Road and Lovell Road along the south border of I-40/I-75. The greenway skirts the scenic Turkey Creek Wetland. The Turkey Creek Wetland is the largest wetland area in Knox County and is managed by the Isaak Walton League.

The greenway begins at Lovell Road (connecting to the road's sidewalk system that links to a multitude of restaurants), runs behind the Turkey Creek Shopping Center (wish several connections to access the stores and restaurants along the way), and ends at the sidewalk system along Campbell Station Rd.
