What happens in case of inclement weather?
The ice rink will be closed during inclement weather. We appreciate your patience. No Refunds.

Can I bring my own skates?
Yes you can, however, admission prices are the same.

Does the ice rink take credit cards?
Knoxville's Holidays on Ice is now accepting Visa, and MasterCard.

Do you have skates in all sizes?
Yes! We have over 350 pairs of ice skates in all sizes, including some with double-blades for younger children to learn on.

What is the smallest skate size that you provide?
Our smallest sizes skate size is 9, but we do offer double-bladed skates for 5 & under

Can children skate alone?
No. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must sign the waiver for each child.

Are there group rates? Can I have a party?
Yes, there are group rates for groups of 20 or more.
We are not currently offering private parties at the rink, but you are welcome to bring a group to the rink during normal hours.

Can I bring blankets and chairs?
Yes. Feel free to come and watch your friends and family skate!

Can I bring a camera?
Yes. Not only will you be able to capture your skating memories, but Downtown Knoxville's rich history and beautiful architecture will provide many photo opportunities as well.

Are there any requirements to be able to ice skate?
Yes. Everyone is required to sign a waiver and receive an admission wristband before entering the rink area. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who can sign for them or have a waiver that is pre-signed by a parent or guardian.

Where is parking available?
There are plenty of surface lots and parking decks in downtown Knoxville available everyday. Most lots charge a nominal fee for parking. Parking in City of Knoxville lots is free after 6 pm and on weekends, these lots include Locust Street, Market Square and State Street garages. View Parking Map
