The City of Knoxville offers vendors the ability to view their purchase orders, invoices, payments, and to update their payment address information through a Self-Service Account established on the Payment Portal. If you were previously registered as a vendor with the City of Knoxville (before December 2016), your email address and password for the Self-Service Account will continue to work to obtain this information. If you were not previously a vendor with the City and have now registered as a vendor through our vendor registration link or if you receive payments not related to purchases from the City of Knoxville, you may use the link below to also register for a Payment Portal Self-Service Account, giving you access to the information tied to purchases we make from you.
