Posted: 09/15/2010
Get Caught Up in Charlotte's Web at Movies on Market Square. Knox County Public Library's popular outdoor movie series continues with a showing of Charlotte's Web on Friday, September 17, 2010 on downtown's Market Square. The movie, presented by Comcast, starts at 8 p.m. As always, the movie is free and open to the public. Free parking is available at the Market Square garage in the evening hours.

This G-rated classic children's movie features the lovable Wilbur the pig and Charlotte, a spider that lives in his pen. Wilbur is scared that he will end up on the dinner table, and he hatches a plan with Charlotte to ensure that this will never happen. A live action remake of the popular 1973 animated film, both versions are based on the beloved E.B. White children's book. Movie-goers should bring a blanket or lawn chair.
