The Knoxville Civic Auditorium-Coliseum will be hosting Get Motivated Seminars on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. This is a one-day event scheduled to start at 8:00 AM and conclude at approximately 5:00 PM.
We are expecting approximately 10,000 guests and an additional 4,000 to 6,000 vehicles trying to get in and out of the downtown Knoxville area during the business commute hours. Please expect increased traffic impact in and around Downtown Knoxville, James White Parkway, Kingston Pike, I-40, I-275 and I-640 leading into downtown Knoxville.
The Knoxville Civic Auditorium-Coliseum parking Garages (2,600 Parking spaces) will be open, but are expected to fill up by 7:00 AM. Overflow parking has been arranged at Chilhowee Park with shuttle bus service available to and from the Knoxville Coliseum.
All downtown Knoxville parking lots should expect additional traffic.
