AMBER Alert requested for missing Holly Piper
An AMBER Alert has been requested for missing Holly Piper, age 16.
Holly was last seen at the Cookout on Cumberland Avenue at around 3 a.m. on February 19, 2023. She is believed to be with 18-year-old William “Dylan” Usry, who picked her up on February 19 in a white 1999 Dodge Caravan.
Usry has an extensive criminal history to include DUI, multiple counts of aggravated assault, evading arrest and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony from an incident in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Usry has a court date on those charges on March 2, and it is believed that he is actively fleeing to avoid his court date and that he has possibly coerced Holly into leaving against her will.
Holly is approximately 5’7” and 125 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. She also has a septum piercing.
If anyone sees Holly, they are urged to call 9-1-1, while anyone with information concerning her whereabouts is urged to contact East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers at 865-215-7165 or online at
www.easttnvalleycrimestoppers.org
. Tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible to receive a cash reward.
