Victims Identified from Lay Avenue Shooting (December 9, 2022, 11:30 a.m.)
The victims from the shooting that occurred in the 2700 block of Lay Avenue on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 have been identified as Demetrius Bomar, 40 of Knoxville, and Lamar Harshaw, 30 of Knoxville. Bomar was pronounced dead at the UT Medical Center, while Harshaw remains hospitalized.
