Torrance Jones, 27, Sought for Attempted Murder Following Shooting on London Circle
UPDATE (February 15, 2023, 10:45 a.m.): Torrance Jones, who was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants, including attempted second-degree murder from a shooting that happened on London Circle on January 22, was arrested in Detroit, Michigan. KPD Investigating Overnight Fatal Stabbing at Vista Apartments
UPDATE (February 7, 2023, 7:30 a.m.): Mark Venson, 56 of Knoxville, has been charged with second-degree murder in the deadly stabbing that happened on February 6 at the Vista Apartments.
