Studies have shown that beautification projects help build and enhance a sense of community belonging.

The City of Knoxville's Special Events and Public Service departments worked together to purchase eight iron hanging planters and commissioned Greg Blankenship of Gregory's Greenhouse to add flowers to the baskets.  It is a beautiful addition to Market Square!
