City Crews Prep Race Course for USA Cycling Events
The City’s Public Service crews worked through the week prepping the course for this weekend’s USA Cycling events, which is bringing hundreds of elite international athletes to Knoxville.

Crews cleaned, swept, and trimmed around roads and right-of-ways along the course, filling in potholes when necessary to prevent hazards for the racing cyclists. Crews will also be on site during each event, prepared to address any maintenance issues that come up around the races.
