Garbage cart deliveries are continuing today, despite the dreary wet weather! Crews are delivering the new wheeled carts in South Knoxville near Island Home, South Haven and Sevier Avenue, and in East Knoxville between Wilder Place and Biddle Street. Another team is delivering carts in North Knoxville, east and west of Haynes Sterchi Road.
