KPD Seeking Assistance in Locating Missing 13-Year-Old  
UPDATE (August 6, 2020, 3:05 p.m.)

Missing 13-year-old Patiecents Ray Harrell has been located. She is safe and being reunited with her family.

The Knoxville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 13-year-old Patiecents Ray Harrell. Patiecents, who goes by Ray, left her home in the 700 block of Glenoaks Drive sometime between 10 p.m. on Monday, August 3 and 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4. Harrell is approximately 5’1” and 130 pounds with pink hair and brown eyes. She frequently wears a purple toboggan-style hat with “Lucky” lettered on it as well as a black choker around her neck. Harrell took a pink backpack and her purple BMX bike with handlebar-mounted breaks and rear foot pegs when she left. If anyone sees her, they are urged to call 911. Anyone with information concerning her whereabouts should call 865-215-7212.
