Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Henley Street
Victim from Henley Street Crash Identified (September 26, 2022, 11 a.m.)
The pedestrian who was hit and killed on Henley Street has been identified as Quinton Fields, 23 of Knoxville, Tennessee. The investigation into the crash, which is being led by Knoxville Police Department Crash Reconstruction investigators, remains ongoing at this time.

At around 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2022, Knoxville Police Department officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on Henley Street at Clinch Avenue. The pedestrian, a 23-year-old man, had been struck by a car traveling north on Henley Street. He was transported to the UT Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead by UTMC staff.
The driver of the involved vehicle remained on scene and was questioned by KPD crash reconstruction investigators. No charges have been filed and the crash remains under investigation at this time.
An update will be provided when one becomes available.
