Registration is now open for organizations wishing to have an information booth at The Neighborhood Conference on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at the Knoxville Convention Center.

register for a booth. The deadline for booth registration is 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16.
Booth space is free to governmental agencies and nonprofits. Businesses may have a booth by becoming a conference sponsor. For sponsorship information, contact David Massey at 865-215-3232.

10' wide x 8' deep booth space
8-foot-long table with table cloth and skirt
Two folding chairs
Electricity & Internet
15 Amps of electricity are free for booths with a high priority for electricity.
Up to 150 free Wi-Fi hookups (suitable for checking email and viewing Web pages) are available for booths in the concourses but not in the ballroom. Some booths will be in the ballroom.
Wi-Fi hookups in the ballroom and extra bandwidth anywhere are available for a fee on site on the day of the conference.
Food Restrictions
Food giveaways for consumption on site are limited to 2-ounce or bite size portions. This includes water.
