the TRACKOn Saturday, June 15 at 10 a.m., State Farm will present the city of Knoxville with a Teen Driver Safety grant of $15,000.

The grant will be used to implement the Training Responsibility Awareness Confidence Knowledge (T.R.A.C.K.) training program to teens.

The presentation will take place at the Knoxville Police Department's driving track at 6388 Cement Plant Road.

State Farm's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. They achieve their mission through the products and services they offer, as well as through their commitment to the community. State Farm demonstrates that commitment with their support of education; auto and home safety programs; and programs that build safe and strong communities.

State Farm's support of Knoxville's "Experience the T.R.A.C.K." program is a reflection of their commitment to Tennessee and Teen Driver Safety.

"Experience the T.R.A.C.K." is a comprehensive 2 day defensive driving program conducted at the Knoxville Police Department's 18 acre driving track. Students 16-19 years of age receive personal training from skilled, certified KPD defensive driving instructors both on the driving track and in the classroom.
