On Thursday, March 7, Mayor Madeline Rogero and Vice Mayor Nick Pavlis will announce new initiatives to help support and promote businesses in South Knoxville during the ongoing closure of the Henley Bridge.
The announcement will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot outside the Disc Exchange located at 2615 Chapman Highway.
State Department of Transportation officials announced last month that work on the bridge will be extended through February 2014.
