City of Knoxville offices will be closed Monday, September 3, 2018 for the Labor Day Holiday.
Waste Connections WILL run residential garbage and recycling routes on Monday, September 3, 2018 – City residential pickup days will not be altered for the holiday.
Downtown trash and recycling will run on its regular schedule throughout the Labor Day weekend.
The City's recycling centers will be open for recycling use; the Goodwill attendant will not be available for household goods donations on Monday, September 3, 2018.
The City's Solid Waste Management Facility located at 1033 Elm Street will be closed on Saturday, September 1, 2018 and Monday, September 3, 2018.
Free for City Residents Day will be held at the Solid Waste Management Facility Saturday, September 8, 2018.
