Safety City Open to Public June-July

Safety CityStarting June 6 and going through July 28, the City will open Safety City to the public on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Safety City will be closed on Monday, July 4.

On these special days and hours, families may bring their own bikes with helmets, battery-powered cars, non-motorized scooters, doll buggies or walking shoes to Safety City to have open riding and play. NO PETS, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, OR MOTORIZED DEVICES ALLOWED.
 
There are two playgrounds adjacent to Safety City: one toddler and one designed for children ages 5-9. There is also a covered picnic pavilion available for visitors.

Adult supervision is required at all times. Safety City staff will help fit your bicycle helmets. Due to safety reasons, no glass products please.
