On Thursday, August 25 at 2 p.m., Mayor Madeline Rogero, local officials and members of the Knoxville Extreme Energy Makeover (KEEM) Team will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the $15 million TVA-funded program to provide energy upgrades for 1,200+ Knoxville homes.
The KEEM Team is comprised of Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), City of Knoxville, Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB), and the Alliance to Save Energy.
The celebration will happen at the Ashley Nicole Dream Playground in Caswell Park at 620 Winona St.
