Mayor Rogero encourages all Knoxville residents who need health insurance to explore their options under the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment begins in November and runs through the end of January.
On Tuesday, Nov. 3, Mayor Rogero joined other community partners at an open enrollment kickoff event at Overcoming Believers Church, 211 Harriet Tubman St.
Trained staff was on hand with free assistance to help anyone interested in understanding their health insurance options. Staff will be available at all of the enrollment events. Potential enrollees seeking more information about sign-up events, available plans, or what documents they should bring to an enrollment event should call the city’s information line at 3-1-1 or visit
www.knoxvilletn.gov/ACA.
