March 24, 2014 - KUB will close a short section of Arrowhead Trail to through traffic between Lyons View Pike and Sylvan Lane from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, as work is completed on the wastewater collection system in this area.
Alternate routes include Mellen Avenue, Alta Vista Way, Dogwood Lane, and Noelton Drive. Access to driveways and other entrances/exits will remain open for local traffic and emergency vehicles on this section of Arrowhead Trail. This work and road closure will be moved to March 28 in the event of a cancellation due to weather.
Some listed closures may extend beyond the scheduled times depending on the conditions encountered during excavation and construction. Appropriate traffic control measures will be in place at each location to assist motorists traveling in these areas. Due to the ongoing presence of workers and equipment, motorists are advised to use extreme caution and expect temporary delays in these areas.
