Deputy Chief David B. Rausch will be sworn in as the 25th Chief of the Knoxville Police Department at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011.
The ceremony will be held at the Knoxville Museum of Art Auditorium.
A reception will follow in the KMA's Grand Hall. The museum is located at 1050 World's Fair Park.
